Feeling sheepish in Wragby!
Two lambs paid a visit to our nursery in Wragby this morning. Carrie, a Texel Charolais cross, and Kirsty, a Welsh Badger Face, were brought along by their owner Tracy Kind, who has a smallholding near Woodhall Spa. Tracy’s daughter Emily attends the nursery and she and her friends were able to pet and feed the lambs, which were born in March. |
The children were excited to meet the lambs and were very gentle when they petted them. They also asked lots of sensible questions about their wool and when they were born. Thanks Tracy and her mum Sue for bringing Carrie and Kirsty to se us! |
