Raising money for Children in Need

Children in Need is back next Friday (17^th November), so all four of our nurseries will be doing lots of activities next week to try to raise as much money as we can.

The children at Swineshead will contribute a small donation to come to nursery in their pyjamas on Tuesday, and Courtney is going to fill her car with balloons and give the children a chance to guess how many there are inside.

Wragby are also having a pyjama day on Tuesday as well as other activities throughout the week before the big day on Friday.

Over in Boston there will be a teddy bears’ picnic which will make use of a hamper the nursery won. On Friday the children will be showing their spots and helping out with a bake sale, as well as raffling off a big teddy bear cake.

Children in Alford will be doing bake sales all week, wearing their best spotty clothes and taking part in a sponsored wellie walk. Each room will design a canvas to be auctioned off to parents and families, and there will also be a cake auction.

Last year we raised £1,200 and we hope to raise even more this year, so please help us as much as you can!
