World Book Day Fun!

We had an amazing World Book Day across all four of our nurseries on 4th March 2022!

We were absolutely blown away by all of the brilliant outfits that the children came to nursery in - we were so impressed! We also had some lovely discussion about the books that the children had brought in to share with their peers.

Across the nurseries, the children took part in various book-themed activities and enjoyed lots of sensory literature-related play. These activities ranged from Story Sack exploration to a 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' themed sensory walk in the garden, to a huge variety of book-themed tuff tray setups!

Books are such a wonderful learning resource and so it has been fantastic to see the children's enthusiasm and willingness to discuss their favourites!
